How to Enjoy

1. Grind the beans right before brewing to suit your brewer.
2. For pour-over, start with 15g of coffee to 220–250ml of water at 92–96°C and adjust to taste.
3. Bloom with a little water for about 30 sec, then pour the rest in stages.

Store sealed in a cool place away from direct sunlight and moisture.
