How to Enjoy

1. Thaw slowly in the refrigerator, then lightly pat the surface dry.
2. Stir-fry the beef in sesame oil, then add radish or soaked seaweed and stir-fry together.
3. Add water and bring to a boil, then lower to medium-low; skim and simmer until fully cooked. Season with soup soy sauce and salt.
