How to Enjoy

1. Follow the thawing instructions on the package; remove vacuum packaging before thawing in the fridge.
2. Check the cleaning; remove guts and gills if needed, pat dry and season with salt.
3. Cook through in a pan or air fryer, or braise with radish and sauce.

Keep frozen (-18°C or below). Do not refreeze after thawing—eat right away.
