How to Enjoy

1. Shabu-shabu: add slices one at a time to boiling broth and take out once fully cooked.
2. Bulgogi: marinate 15–20 min, then stir-fry over medium heat until fully cooked. Thin slices—avoid overcooking.
3. Serve with veggies, mushrooms and glass noodles, or use in hot pot.
