Wagyu shoulder clod (Al-jeongak) from the forequarter, sliced ~1.5mm thin. MB 8,9 marbling adds richness to shabu-shabu and bulgogi.

• Frozen, 200g: Great for shabu-shabu, bulgogi or hot pot.

How to Enjoy

1. Thaw slowly in the refrigerator.
2. Shabu-shabu: add slices one at a time to boiling broth and take out once fully cooked.
3. Bulgogi: marinate and refrigerate, then stir-fry over medium heat until fully cooked. Add veggies & mushrooms, and avoid overcooking the thin slices.
