How to Enjoy

1. Thaw slowly in the refrigerator, then pat dry and season with salt & pepper.
2. Sear both sides golden in a hot pan, then cook to your liking based on thickness and heat. Add butter & garlic for extra flavor.
3. Rest 3–5 min off the heat, slice and serve with grilled veggies.
