Black Angus ribeye in irregular shapes. Same meat and grade as our regular cuts, trimmed ~1cm—great for grilling to stir-fries.

• Chilled, 200g: Great for grilling, stir-fries or steak.

How to Enjoy

1. Pat dry with a paper towel and season with salt & pepper.
2. Sear both sides in a hot pan until golden, then cook to your liking based on thickness and heat. Baste with butter, garlic & herbs for extra flavor.
3. Rest 3–5 min off the heat, slice and serve with grilled veggies.
