Danish Pork Loin for Tonkatsu & Grilling

Danish pork loin cut ~1cm thick. Enjoy the lean meat as tonkatsu, pork cutlet or grilled loin.

• ~1cm thick: Easy to use for tonkatsu or grilling.
• Lean loin: Clean taste of low-fat lean meat.
• Frozen, 350g: Great as a meal with veggies or salad.

How to Enjoy

1. Thaw slowly in the refrigerator, then pat dry and season with salt & pepper.
2. To grill, sear both sides golden in a hot pan and cook fully through. For tonkatsu, coat in flour, egg and breadcrumbs, then fry until cooked through to the center.
3. Serve with grilled veggies or cabbage salad.
