How to Enjoy

1. Thaw slowly in the refrigerator and pat dry with a paper towel.
2. Season lightly with salt & pepper, then sear both sides golden in a hot pan with butter or olive oil until cooked through.
3. Serve with lemon juice, garlic and parsley, or on pasta and risotto.

Keep frozen (-18°C or below). Do not refreeze after thawing—eat right away.
