Storage & How to Enjoy

1. If firm, ripen at room temp away from direct sunlight, checking daily. Once fragrant and soft, refrigerate and eat soon.
2. Rinse right before eating, remove the pit and slice. Peel if you prefer.
3. Enjoy as is, or with yogurt, salads and desserts. For young children, remove the pit and cut into small pieces.
