Mongo malt syrup (mulyeot) adds sweetness and an appetizing gloss to dishes. Great for braises, stir-fries, tteokbokki and gangjeong sauce.

How to Enjoy

1. Add a little at a time to braises and stir-fries to adjust sweetness.
2. Add at the end of stir-fried anchovies or nuts, or use in tteokbokki, gangjeong or yangnyeom chicken sauce.
3. After use, wipe the spout clean, close the cap and store as directed on the package.
