Chewy Mongo Gupo Noodles

Mongo Gupo somyeon (thin wheat noodles) with a chewy texture. Great for janchi guksu, bibim guksu, kongguksu and yeolmu guksu.

How to Enjoy

1. Bring plenty of water to a boil, spread the noodles in and stir so they don't stick. Cook according to the time on the package.
2. Rinse the cooked noodles in cold water to remove starch, and drain.
3. Serve in broth or mixed with sauce. Seal leftover dry noodles and store as directed on the package.
