Mongo soup soy sauce adds umami to soups and stews. Use it to season broths or Korean seasoned greens (namul).

• For soups & stews: Great for seasoning seaweed soup, beef radish soup and more.
• For namul: Use for seasoned spinach and bean sprouts.

How to Enjoy

1. Add a little at a time to soups and stews, tasting as you go.
2. For namul, add minced garlic and sesame oil to taste.
3. Store away from direct sunlight and follow the package instructions after opening. Close the cap tightly after use.
