How to Enjoy

1. Thaw slowly in the refrigerator. Wipe off any bone dust with a damp paper towel.
2. Blanch once in boiling water, then add the ribs, soy marinade and water to a clean pot and simmer over medium-low heat.
3. Add radish, carrot and chestnuts, cook until the ribs are tender and cooked through, then reduce the sauce to taste.
