How to Enjoy

1. Thaw slowly in the refrigerator.
2. For jangjorim, boil the beef until fully cooked, shred along the grain, then simmer in soy sauce with quail eggs or shishito peppers.
3. For soup, cut into pieces, stir-fry in sesame oil, then add water and soup ingredients and simmer until fully cooked.
