Chilled Whole Chicken for Baeksuk & Roasting

A whole chilled chicken. Make baeksuk (boiled chicken), samgyetang or oven-roasted chicken.

How to Enjoy

1. Pat dry with a paper towel and prepare the ingredients for your dish.
2. For baeksuk, simmer in water with scallion and garlic until fully cooked, including around the bone.
3. For roasting, season with salt, pepper and herbs and roast until fully cooked through.

Keep refrigerated (0–5°C). Portion and freeze any you won't use right away. Wash hands, cutting boards and utensils after handling raw chicken.
