General Policy

We offer refund and/or exchange within the 5 days of your purchase, if the time have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.


Steps for Refunds/Exchanges:

  1. For requests of refund/exchange, please contact us through the customer service. 
  2. Please prepare the proof of the reason of refunding/exchanging. 
  3. Deliver the item back to us using our delivery men or other shipping methods as per our instruction.
  4. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 24 hours.
  5. If your refund has been approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
  6. If you choose to exchange the item, we will deliver the item to you on our next delivery schedule.


Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges:

  1. The refund/exchange will be only applicable if there is a clear photo/video that visibly shows the defective/damage on the item.
  2. Your item must be unused and in the same condition when you received it.
  3. The item must be still in the original packaging.
  4. To complete your return, we will require the purchase receipt or any proof of purchase.
  5. Discounted items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges (if applicable):

We only replace items if they are defective or damage. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us through the customer service.


Late or missing refunds:

  1. If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  2. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us through the customer service.
